Amazing way to start the day as I'm almost to work!

http://www.npr.org/2013/04/05/176314191/the-ups-and-downs-of-cyber-currency-bitcoin

They had some voice coverage of Chris Kaas who has his entire wealth in bitcoin. (Sp? on the name)

And this week, the price plummeted after a Bitcoin trading exchange was hacked.

<facepalm>

DDOS = hacking

Maybe someone routed around the encryption?

haha, ya, I read an entire article talking about how Mtgox was "hacked" and I was like.. wtf mate?  That's not what I define as "hacked" however, we need to realize that this is the vernacular that is not definitely determinable, so try try try to be patient with people.

Fair Play! I liked the part when you held the phone up to your mining rigs. Makes it real for people. They don't get computers but they accept that a physical machine whirring away makes people wealthy, indeed it's the only thing that really ever has.

Patrick Murck passed my contact info along. We know each other through CoinLab.

Yeah, Steve got a kick out of the fact that I was calling him from the room adjacent to mine, because the fans make it hard to have a conversation in my room :-P
