Just checked their wallet i like the option of spot exchange from bitcoin to fiat and fiat to bitcoin. However we need to verify our account with passport just even to deposit any penny or withdraw any penny from the site. Also Frozen balance area in bitcoin wallet dashboard was quite frightening thing for me.

This is one of the oldest exchanges in China, since 2009, no security incident record so far. In this case, they're good to use if you don't mind the experience stuff.

This also where I trade Bitcoin.

I am guessing is Chinese government regulation requiring them to keep a record of passport for identity.

What is "frozen balance area"?

I'm not sure whether you should take the risk with BTCC or not. Although they are a professional bitcoin exchange and one of the biggest in China in terms of trading volume and user base you should always be careful dealing with foreign companies.

Laws may vary from country to country and it would be very hard for you to dispute something if BTCC did froze your account balance.

OP only ask about justpay wallet
not about trading in bttc
i think  justpay same another wallet not need verified, same blockchain, only send and receive bitcoin
so only bitcoin wallet is nothing about frozen

about justpay wallet https://pay.btcc.com/wallet
if about frozen wallet maybe send bitcoin still not confirmation so still frozen

It is from well known chinese exchange platform but i have also not seen them before. The only benefits i see using them is instant conversion of your bitcoin to fiat and vice versa but you need to provide lots of your personal details to use this wallet which is bad side.

All Chinese financial institutions require proof of identity, otherwise they are conducting an illicit business. Same with Australia and America.

This is why I don't use online exchanges, theyre only a weak link and could pretty much breach your internet security.

looking for a signature campaign, dm me for that

Who want to loss privacy in the shake of just using bitcoin web wallet? Better to stick with web wallets like blockchain.info and electrum which never ask any doc or verification and even doesn't restrict use of bitcoin in anytype of services.

Agree, simply much better with non ID needed web wallet or just go with hardware or paper.
