1)What is Bitcoin ?

Bitcoin is a form of digital currency, created and held electronically. No one controls it. Bitcoins aren't printed, like dollars or euros – they're produced by people, and increasingly businesses, running computers all around the world, using software that solves mathematical problems.

Use the link below to watch the youtube video :

2) What is Bitcoin Mining?

Bitcoin mining is the process of adding transaction records to Bitcoin's public ledger of past transactions or blockchain. This ledger of past transactions is called the block chain as it is a chain of blocks. The block chain serves to confirm transactions to the rest of the network as having taken place.

3) How does Bitcoin Mining Work?

People are sending bitcoins to each other over the bitcoin network all the time, but unless someone keeps a record of all these transactions, no-one would be able to keep track of who had paid what. The bitcoin network deals with this by collecting all of the transactions made during a set period into a list, called a block. It’s the miners’ job to confirm those transactions, and write them into a general ledger.

4)Why Bitcoin is Changing the Financial World ?

Thanks for posting this but you didn't mention why you believe it to be a ponzi or did I miss something?
It is not a good practice to try to blame some individual or business entity without supporting evidence.
Assumptions should not be posted like facts

These scammers also have another brainfart in progress, named powerhashing.com  More details are at:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1545462.20

Remember the promoters/supporters/bhakts of these mlm scams will always be relying on single point and that is 'regular pay outs'. They will always claim that 'We have not missed single pay out till day. How dare you to call it scam?'

All these people are living in wishful thinking bubble. Sooner or later this bubble is bound to burst.  What is painful is  many people from technical field(IT industry) fell prey (read easy money greed) this scam. I've seen it and it hurts to see when technically sound people turning into supporters/bhakt/devotees of MLM scams.

Very sad that a Ponzi scheme are invite for Bitcoin Investment Seminar.everyone know cloud mining is a Ponzi scheme.
one guy said:

I think he don't have idea about cloud mining.you can not find any cloud mining site which exist long time.they are just coming for a certain time and wait for big profit and at the end they just leave that site and open another site. Grin
