You should have joined some signature campaign and posted address, right? For buyers signed message from the seller is very important to prove that they brought that account in future. If no signed message then difficult to find a buyers.

The account is neither bought, mine or hacked. I obtained it with from a friend of mine, who don't want it anymore.

This explanation doesn't look correct to me. I don't think any friend will just ask you to take account and your started selling it. Why can't you ask your friend to give a singed message from his old address?

Please be careful before buying any accounts without signed messages.

The clearly stated above what you've been asking for.
He don't have a proof because he stated that the has na staked address nor loan request so it is onvious that there os no track for the old wallet address. I suspect that this account a hack account. Deal at your own risk or better to avoid it

You understand what staked address is ? Hero account have a lot of posts, in your case 620+ and you want to say that in none of that posts you (or someone else  ) never posted any address ? Posts like i'd like to join campaign my address is ... or pay me here my address is ...
Also if you manage to sell account and someone just put new address right away they won't achieve anything because most guys are interested in old addresses (at least 6 months or so )
