Any altcoins with explorer functionality built in?

Hey all,

I'm wording if it's possible for an altcoin client to accurately display the top balances within the client without using an external service.

Are there any coins that do this?

Also, are there any coins that reward individual addresses in addition to / instead of block breakers?
