I sent in a ticket to support due to a complaint that I had regarding a specific table that I was at. I picked it because it was my favorite game and it was labeled in a language that I prefer to listen too. It allows me to understand what is being said and not in anyway to be a distraction in the game that is being played.
When I tried to log in today their support on the live casino (the provider from Central america that this site pays to do their services) blocked me from chat (I noticed as soon as they did this by the blank chat log screen). Then when I tried to login into my account on the Bettap site it comes up with a message saying my account has been disabled due to not following their terms of service.
I only messaged support to file a complaint and that is all. I did not even been to the site since that incident of Friday night, so I don't see why they have blocked my account.
I think they are just an off shoot of this provider and not actually one where that they claim they are.

I was playing on your site last night on the live casino for the Ezugi game provider and had a disturbing experience at on of your bacacrat tables.
First off it was the english table and came upon a heated conversation with a dealer and a player. They were speaking spanish so I instantly felt offended that when I picked to play at an english speaking table that they were speaking spanish in a loud disruptive manner to me and the other players. Except to this other player that she was speaking too. They were carrying on as if nobody else was there and was speaking amongist themselves in this way for 20 minutes. And after before she left she was throwing kisses at the screen as if to mock me from complaining about talking so fast and no understanding what she is talking to me about.
I told the dealer by the name of Pamela to stop because it is disrespectful to do that and offensive while I am concentrating in playing the game. She disregarded my requested and continued to do so and seemed to mock and berate me when I brought this up.
I was very frustrated and offended by this way in being treated by an employee from your provider in the Central America region, Do you allow your paying customer's to be treated in this manner by a worker of your organization. I sure hope not.
This was my first and last time visiting this Ezugi provider and I do hope you have this employee dismissed and your provider know of this discourse so it does not happen to anymore of your customers who are using/visiting your site in the future.
Just to inform you, that dealer was beyond her limit and should be disiplined in a timely fashion because this is not the first time that I have witnessed this type of behavior from this same dealer playing at another site.
