I was using litepool.eu before, but I switched to my own pool (poolmine.it).

Using wemineltc too, they have a lot of servers in-case one of the server down you can still mine on the other one...

wemineltc best pool for ltc, was using litebonk but recently get DDOS too much and switched..

http://BlockEater.com is a good litecoin pool Its smaller than litecoinpool.org and the other heavyweights but it provides regular payouts as its a PPS based pool. Payments are guaranteed.
