because a lot of people
want custom firmware for 470 4gb

with hynix memory

if have it post it here with details

Samsung - copy timings from 1750 to 1900 and 2000, set tdp 100.

Works to all 470 4g.

This is a modified version of bios editor to edit the bios on Elpida on polaris 470s.  The regular version will corrupt the bios
