Buy bing ads account only(not with the coupon) to redeem

Anyway I have purchased $200 bing ads coupon code from other seller just before.
So want to buy a bing ads account only to redeem that coupon that is already bought.
(I have tried it out to create another new account and add credit card or paypal but just failed so many times.)

I hope that a seller sell the account for not expensive price because I am in very poor financial situation.
(If that I will steady buyer to promote the other offers.)
