Hello,
I want to buy 4 BTC with bank transfer.
I want to deal with reliable company in the EU, preferebly the bank to which I want to send the transfer has to be in Germany, France, Switzerland.
Please advise! Thanks!

You can try with coinbase or xapo, others i dont know much, but if you want you can also try with localbitcoins.com site but whether they support this country or not no idea

You could try Circle, think they are based in the UK though.  Coinbase might be another option, I believe they are based out of the US but service many countries.  Bitylicious also allows bank transfers for bitcoin.

As mentioned localbitcoins seems to be best for buying with bank transfer, because they have been providing service over every country as well got different possibilities of buying depending upon the trader. Also can get good value with less percentage as profit.
