As per title.

I've noticed Sol/s is usually 2x I/s. But how do I convert between Sol/s to H/s ?

A solution and a hash are essentially the same thing.

Iterations per second is not important.

Not your keys, not your coins!

Solution per second is the same as Hash per second, 1 hash = 1 WORKING solution.

Iterations like said above, aren't important.
