It's not just that, I see people here creating newbies accounts to signup. I cant prove that they are the same person, but it feels like it.

I need to make sure now, and test my followers, maybe later I will relax the rules, but for now I am getting many inactive ones and that is not good.

Yes I have to adjust the settings based on the demand. It is true that a lot of newbies are duplicate accounts, but there are a lot of newbies here too who have a low rank and just want to make money, so why not give them a chance too.
