A little confused by this one, what void is it filling? What role does this fill that Litecoin does not.

Regarding the logo
-"The REGA logo is a plant because it somehow represents the saving of the quantity of bills that are printed worldwide"-
Aren't most bills made out of cotton or polymer, there aren't actually plants being destroyed.
Why you are always looking for reason ? Smiley Can't you just enjoy the green plant?

Do you mean in the logo or in the coin? Looking for reason is a pretty damn indicator of possible acceptance which would increase demand and lead to higher prices, thus profit. We need to remember we are investors here.
I disagree. Take paintings for example - lots of them have no reason, but people still are buying them for lots of money. Maybe this coin is more like a feeling. Like love in early spring. Just whisper slowly to yourself - REGA and think about the plant....

You see you are confusing a very critical thing, paintings are art, they are unique, they serve a purpose of social status and symbolism, an altcoin is a currency it is meant to transfer wealth from an individual to another.
So you dont think that cryptocurrency  can be a form of art? It is unique as well. And even without value you can just send coins to your friends and family. Maybe they will rememmber about the plant when receiving  Rega....
