For instance, let's suppose we receive a message by a person (maybe a spammer) who says the same ol' things, like :"Earn 10k/$ per day" or "Get 100 dollars in your paypal account right now, just signing up with my link!". We all received those kind of messages 

In such cases, I think a good clever answer could be:

" Thank you for your kind offer, buddy... anyway I don't like dollars..." (at this point people begin to think we're crazy  )
"I like only Bitcoin!!!"
