Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Also, your feedback left is inaccurate. I do not see a reference and I believe 1BTC (amount you claim scammed) is a little more than $30. Please be as accurate as possible.
