so far I discovered this place in Sunnyvale accepts BTC:

I want to learn more sites that accept it too!  We should really convince Grubhub and Seamless to do it.

Hi, I'll be traveling to the bay area this summer and would love to make a first "OTC" payment using BTC. So I'll keep an eye on this thread. I presume that for these guys I need one of those andoid/smartphones wallets?
