Question, by gambling operations which you mentioned is not allowed, that means the bitcoin used in here or depositing bitcoin from online gambling sites are not allowed? Or is it a different kind of gambling operation?

Correct if I am wrong, are you referring to the website TOS https://www.buysomebitcoins.com/int/legal/terms-of-service ?

If yes, the website was initially made for US customers, and online gambling is restricted / prohibited there.
We started accepting worldwide clients and we can not impose limits on how they use their coins, we do not track their spending and we have no way to know if they deposited in a gambling website.

Thank you for the remark, we will review the TOS of our website.

Basically it's like instant bitcoin exchange?
Where FAQ page?
Where company profile?
How the security features?

Hello there, and thank you for your participation.

Basically it's like instant bitcoin exchange?
> No, an exchanger allows traders to place orders (Buy/Sell), and keep users funds, Fiat and crypto.
What we do is selling Bitcoin for credit card, simple and clean, we allow people from any country to purchase bitcoin with his personal debit/credit card, instantly.

> Where FAQ page?
There is none, our website is very easy to use, It does not require a FAQ :
  • you register an account
  • You link your Credit / Debit card
  • You select the amount to purchase
  • You pay your order and you get your coins instantly in your wallet [website wallet]

> How the security features?
What do you call security ?

Users have 2FA by default (integrated by Authy) : either you get a TEXT message on login / withdraw or use Authy APP.
We blocked voIP numbers (you can not use Google Voice or any Virtual number).
We blocked Ported numbers

Credit Card / Payment security
: We are fully PCI-Complaint, we do not store or process any payment on our servers, and all connections are HTTPS.

Be more explicit on that question.

Regulation is important.
> Agree, we are already complaining with US/EU AML/KYC policies,

Thank you for your questions and feedbacks, you can contact me via PM/Skype or email if you have any additional question or suggestion, you can also leave a message on this thread.
We will add links to all our certificates and licenses, and add some pages to give users more details about our company / website.

On the todo list.

The only issue is, the price is not the same for all users.

The price is calculated with a formula taking in consideration :
  • Credit/Debit Card enrollment type
  • Amount to purchase
  • Transaction history / volume
  • Users verification status
  • User country / Card Currency
  • Etc

But we will definitely add the price on the index [in USD/EUR].

Thank you for your feedback.

...

1)  Do you (will you) sell to Americans?

(I have had a difficult time getting services such as Circle to supply me BTC.  The documentation requirements keep getting more onerous)

2)  Do you need all the ID that the other services require?

There are few that concerned me ;
- why should we have to give our contact number?
- better to show buy rate on top of site or atleast on some area so that we can figure out does the price is good or not before registering
- also if you can add perfect money/okpay etc payment method and sell bitcoin option.

You should add FAQ page, it's not problem if have a little FAQ (maybe some day you will add more FAQ), even your site is simple to use, but it's not rule out possibility if someone still not familiar with your site.

The security have pretty good features.

You forgot answer "where company profile?".

Do you sell bitcoins based on the market price or you place more than 5% increase on the selling price?

Greeting,

1. Yes, US buyers represent 70 % of our sales.
2. An ID is not required, if you decide to verify your ID, you will get a cheaper rate.
You can also verify your card by sending a picture of it [obviously we just need to see the card last 4 digits and name on it] to place higher orders ($500 and above).

- We need your phone number because it will be your username, we do not use email verification because it can be hacked, SMS is an excellent system to manage your account (we block voip numbers and ported numbers)
- The price will be on the website index page (as suggested above)
- PerfectMoney / OKPay are not our priority, we focus on Credit / Debit card payments.

Thank you for your participation, hope I answered your questions to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to ask any additional question if you have.

There is a fee above marketplace, that is because :

Sales are instant.
You pay with a Credit / Debit card
You do not share your ID or personal information

Compared to another exchanger, let's take coinbase for example :

They take days (weeks) to verify your ID - we skip that part.
They take days to verify your bank account - we skip that part
They allow you to buy $20 maximum - we have higher limits
They debit your bank account via ACH and take days to deliver the coins - we debit your credit card and you get your coins instantly, the same second.
They track your spending - we do not.
They have hidden fees - we do not

With our services, you buy bitcoin, you buy time and you buy privacy.

We will work on something that can be used as a FAQ.

About the company profile, you can check our
.FinCen registration page
.D&B Number (UK)
.Upik.de
.EV-SSL provided by Comodo after company credit verification
.European Commission ODR registration (Online Dispute Resolution)

I informed in my previous message that we will add links in our website footer to our certificates and registrations.

Thank you for your feedback.

I will start with the phone number. If it's possible you should allow the user decide for himself if he wants to give you his phone number or go for the less secure e-mail. I prefer e-mail because I don't know you and you may tomorrow sell my phone number to some shady advertising company, for example.

Links to FAQ and extended company info should be there on the start page without the need to ask or create user. (Previous reply covered this) They add more legitimacy and no matter how easy *you* see the service, some may have questions. A form could be handy too (some like that more than e-mail/phone).

A question that came into my mind: does the user name and card holder name have to match? Or it depends on the user's country / regulations?
And another one: are there amount limits based on the amount of person verification done?

Since I talked about the simplicity of your service, imho a sell form without creating user would have been the easiest, but may have been riskier (stolen cards?) and may not comply with AML/KYC

PS. Although I don't trade many BTC, I really hope that I'll finally see an easy to use CC2BTC service that works in more countries. Good luck!

Using phone numbers instead of emails was not a random decision, we have to limit accounts abuse, shift the responsibility of account hacking (since 2FA is triggered on registration ) and is also part of our KYC Compliance.
A LiveChat is already in place, right now visible to registered users only but we will make it visible to public when we resume registrations.

Quote
does the user name and card holder name have to match? Or it depends on the user's country / regulations?
Name should match the name on the card, you would have to authenticate your payment via your online/mobile bank anyway, and if you want to raise your limits, we may ask you to send a picture of your card (truncate format : Bin + last 4 digits + name on it ).

We are discussing Guest checkout where users can just place an order without making an account, we may add it in the future but we need to satisfy the demand of our current user base.

Thank you for your participation, hope I answered all your questions.
If there is any point that was not clear enough, make sure to let me know.

First thoughts:

What's the relation of using VISA payments and receiving your Bitcoins to Fiat instantly?
Is this a debit card service?

Also, how can we give you more input if registrations are closed and we can't do anything with your site?

Hello,

what we offer is : buy Bitcoin with debit/credit card.

you pay with fiat (USD / EUR) and you get BTC

About registration, on my first message I informed users that we closed them because we do not have enough coins to supply our current base, we wil reopen registration soon, and this is why I needed some critics to optimize the platform.

Majority of crypto users don't like to loss their anonymity on purchasing bitcoin. If you just like to use it as username why don't you just ask for username and make adding phone number as optional if they want better security of their account and to get notification.

However thanks for your quick response.
