It is really good when we are using our paypal account than credit cards to pay online payments and If you are ordering some chips in casino ofcourse i think you can't pay with your paypal there unless you had credit card to use as alternative payment so you can buy some chips from them and for me Credit card is best.

None of the big league sites outside the bitcoin world accept bitcoin, but none of the websites accept paypal or credit cards from US players, so bitcoin is the only option. I personally prefer bitcoin or credit card.

In my opinion all these ways for payment are good but still little thinking in my mind that we should keep us away from credit/debit card online payment to avoid from steal of identity .

Coinbase is banning accounts registered in countries where gambling is prohibited, when someone make deposits in online casinos.
Anyway from long time i'm saying that Gambling will be first industry where Bitcoin will go to mainstream.
