Anyone in the process of making a machine that stores can buy/use to accept BTC?

Someone should jump on that boat, I would certainly if I had the correct people to do so someone already jumped on the ATM section so it only makes sense that someone out there makes a terminal like the ones we see with google wallet and such another multi billion dollar business in the making waiting for someone to take reigns as its owner

If anyone has the knowledge on how to get this done I have the capital and can take the necessary steps to get the things legally correct/copyrighted

also this would probably make the next jump to the higher echelon prices such as 500+,

lets get this done people bitcoin is as strong as the community behind it and so far it has proved to be above and beyond!

Check my signature, progress has been slowed thanks to ordering my parts from China (they're cheap!) but soon I'll have a video up of the standalone device processing a transaction.

The bitcoincard was a really bad idea. Don't get me wrong, it looked good in the beginning but the part of everybody being able to track me wherever i go made me decide that i will never ever use that card.

I feel the same way, the device as a hardware wallet with AD-hoc functionality is remarkable but tracking movements and sending location based advertisements to the device make trusting what information the company saves difficult.

Anything not built on a standard like smartcard is doomed to pitiful adoption
