Hello,

I had not the time to play Fallout 3 and 4 as such I am little bite unskilled in the domain. what would be your best advice to what to look for? let's say to cross a few hundreds miles and you don't know if it was nuked?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

you wouldn't unless you came across it a while after and you could see dying plant life everywhere, that's if there was no actual destruction visible and there'd surely be a bunch of that. you'd just slowly die some time after and not be totally sure why.

Unless you are carrying a radiation detection device, you can't find out other than seeing things die for no appearant reason near you.

Maybe the rain might taste different too but that's just a guess.
