Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Use a free image hosting site like Imgur or Photobucket, the copy and paste the URL link for the picture. Easy enough to do all from a smartphone Wink

The price may seem high to people in the US but in the UK silver bars attract a 20% VAT tax.

Price he is asking is slightly below market rate here

Not that anyone should go and deal with this user. Their trust page shows a connection to MoriartyBitcoin, who stole over 127 BTC from one user. The password has also recently been reset.

Proceed with caution. Rather, don't deal with this person at all.

I did not even look into their trust rating since it's 0 by default. Thank you for noticing this. I'm staying far away from OP and their ingots now.

Good luck with the scam sale.

The quote inside this post I am linking is quite fascinating: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=713699.msg9271161#msg9271161

Nevertheless, I will quote it all for everyone.

CAN WE GET BACK TO BASICS HERE,THIS SITE WAS SET-UP TO FURTHER OUR KNOWLEDGE OF BITCOIN NOT TO HAVE PETTY HASSLES WITH CROOKS TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY OR WRITE PURE RUBBISH ON WEBSITES ABOUT PEOPLE WHO WONT PAY UP.BIT PLASTIC.COM BIT LAUNDER.COM AND DOZEN MORE SITES, DEBIT CARDS, ALL 100% LEGIT AND USED BY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE EVERYDAY.I AM A BUSINESS MAN NOT ANYTHING ELSE AS CAN BE ATTESTED TO BY 1000s OF CLIENTS WHO USE THE SITES ON A REGULAR BASIS.

This is taken from the thread linked above, in which MoriartyBitcoin stole 127 BTC from user rickyjames. Evidence in the linked thread would suggest that these 2 people (MoriartyBitcoin and laura007) are one and the same.

@rmcdermott927:AVOID. Unless you want to get scammed.

Thanks, always nice to receive a compliment.

Glad to see I at least prevented you scamming someone. Go try your tricks elsewhere Wink

I would still be willing to buy provided that escrow could be used, and released once my jeweler friend verified it was real
