BTC-E just added TRC trading.

Didn't see anyone post this already so I figured I probably should.

Well, without any SELL-orders, the price can't actually move anywhere
and without any blocks being created on the TRC-network, noone can add any TRC-funds to any exchange, so there won't be any SELL-orders.
