Do people use Greendot Money Packs here?

Hey guys! I play poker with bitcoins and am looking to cash out some using Greendot Money Packs.  These are like re-loadable codes for pre-paid cards.  Does anybody on the forum use these, and if so how well do they work?

I've seen them, but I think you need ID to be able to purchase the card, before you can reload it with their code.

I have been using the card for about a year already off and on.  It's a great card and the fees aren't too bad.  How long does it usually take before you can post in the marketplace?
