Connection problems while PPC mining?

Anyone have any ideas as to why this would be happening? Only really happens with this coin. I have tried both bitparking pool (I think?) and coinotron.com and I usually end up having connection problems 10-20 minutes into mining. I am using GUIminer with 2x 6950s.

Has anyone found a solution to this, it has been happening with my buddies rig and then it started happening to mine, it will mine for about 10 to 20 minutes and then always come back with connection problems, I switched to Litecoin and it has been fine but for whatever reason it doesnt like my PPcoin on guiminer.
