NEWBIE question - I have $$ in my ripple account, how do i convert to XRP

I have managed to get a small amount of dollars into my ripple account via weeexchange, and i now have both $$ and 321 XRP in my account that I borrowed.

How do I convert my $$ to XRP?

have been searching for clues for an hr or so... can anyone help? I'm sure it's something simple...
