If you don't want to (or can't) disclose details of the current "big project", maybe you could at least share a pointer to past successful "big projects" of yours.
Right...
"Big Project" -> "Many People" ->
has to be really really successful, because then it would have to feed "many people".
High performers, who actually would be able to pull something like that off, know what to look for before they engage.
This thing (what to look for) I would like to call "proof of work" (because in crypto context it has a funny ambiguity to it).
By proof of work in this context I mean if you want to gather capable (yes? hopefully?) people around you, you have to present already something done, some resources, some proven track of record. In short, you have to prove
yourself!
This is actually quite the opposite from "Grow the project from zero together".
It would be: "Look here, I have done this and this and THIS already, so let's build on that..."
This "from zero together" could only work, if you had plenty of
charisma - and I haven't seen proof (or even glimpse) of that either.

-Have many relations with big companies(such as: microsoft, amazon)
-have relations with many countries.
-Build our own businesses
You know - it's called
