Regarding Signature Campaign Guidelines

Have the modalities of implementation been worked out?
One of the constraints on handing out temp bans was that it could be done only by admins, who have a bandwidth problem....

The guidelines talk about preventing badly run campaigns from advertising, as a last resort. How exactly is blacklisting signatures by admin going to work?

They will be manually removed by theymos. He said the way he will do it but not sure if he wants me to make it public or not but hopefully no signatures will have to be removed and they will just take the warning.

Fair enough.
Are the current campaigns being evaluated?
Should guidelines / punitive measures also cover signature campaign managers? They are equally responsible for the quality of posts, when compared to signature campaign operators...

• If somebody asks a specific question and it gets answered adequately within the first post or two nobody needs to read another ten replies saying the same thing just reworded slightly. If you cannot offer any additional info or clarify/correct something then you probably don't need to post it.
Is it okay that from now on reporting such repeatedly posts to get it removed or it will be monitored manually by mods?
Are you going to delete them or just leave it be and just warn the poster?

Report away, the post in question will likely not be removed and the user might not get banned. Over time though mods will see the same names pop up in reported posts and have an idea who to watch closely.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

Ban local spammers? I see tons of Chinese, Russian, Indonesian account farmers and spammers, especially Chinese section, but their mod is not actively banning obvious spammers/farmers.

There is hardly any campaign allowing local participants. Currently there are large no. of local posters in secondstrade signature campaign which needs to be wiped out.

Couple of months ago I already tried to discuss it with secondstrade but he was in favour for them.

You should differentiate local posters from local spammers. Some signature campaigns don't mind advertising in local boards.
Personally, I prefer that those who are not fluent in English should stick to local boards.
