You need to choose something you would like to buy. You like porn? Well, you can find this for free on the internet, no need to buy... But if you want to spend money with it, you can find some sites, I won't list their names here, because I don't know.

If want to buy stuff for BTCs and don't have an ID, you can buy in name of someone in your house, maybe a father, mother, friend... And give your address, so the stuff will be send there. You can buy virtual goods too, like games.

You must say what you want to buy, so people here can help you.

You can spending your bitcoins easily on internet, to buy some services or goods online, or for trading altcoins and making some profit this way.

I already spent 20$ worth of bitcoin by using it to buy some internet data packages from my mobile carrier. I use that data packages to download some games, animes, and movies. I also spent almost 0.1 bitcoin from gambling but i never got profit from them. So i already stop it long time ago.

I do spend almost 12 hours on  facing  in front of  my computer  hence  i dont have a  job  and i  do  focus on earning bitcoin  here  online.  Actually you could  really able  to spend   your bitcoins   here online,  its either  you could  able to  spent  it  here  on  forum itself there are  lots of  goods  do sell  here and  other  digital  things that  might be useful for you but if you do  like to save up  your  bitcoin  and wait for  your  id then  its also a good  choice too.

I just bought a couple of hours ago a smartphone for Bitcoin.

So in my opinion electronics, IT&C are a good choice. But this depends on your parents too, because they may ask you what did you pay with when they arrive.
Another good option could be games, because for some you may just receive the key and download link in the e-mail.

There are seller on the Digital goods board if you're looking for a premium account for a pornsite. I don't know if they're legit though for I haven't bought any account there. A lot of things can be bought on the Internet and you can even buy things you never imagined especially if you're using bitcoins.

If it has been 2 years and you still haven't got your ID, then maybe you should do a follow up. There are also different types of government IDs in every country and voter's ID is just one of them. Maybe you should get up and get a different ID.

I am of the opinion that we should spend at least some part of our bitcoin savings because ultimately it creates a movement of bitcoin and helps the growth of the network. I spend my bitcoins regularly but unfortunately, there are not many options for me to spend it online or offline. All I can do now is to pay my mobile / DTH bills with bitcoin and nothing more than that. Sometimes I buy domains using my bitcoins but still I am expecting giant players like amazon, paypal will support bitcoin as a payment method.

well I don't spend my bitcoin much in the internet. I just spent a little bitcoin in internet to buy credit to connect to internet.

most of my bitcoin I use to buy some books and my daily needs because I am a student who is living far from my family, so I look for money (read bitcoin) to fulfill some needs.

besides, there are not many online shops here in my country accept bitcoin as payment. that's why I didn't spend much bitcoin on internet.

I don't know, but I am thinking about purchasing some video games for pc via bitcoin soon. Btw, bitcoin does not only need to be spent strictly on the internet,
if you live in a country where physical shops accept bitcoin, then you can spend it there too, although obviously the transfer of btc will take place online on the servers.

Here in my country, actually most of the merchants who accepted bitcoin they required the member to show any valid id for our safety.  
Like what I'm doing I used coins.ph to encash my bitcoin into a real money, or if you have friend here who have valid ID while you don't have  any of the valid, I think you can ask a favor to your friend to use their name for you to encash your bitcoin, then once it has been done they can transfer to you bank acount or through any remittances.

Yeah you can't cash out your coin if you don't have any valid ID and bank account, but if you want to buy things using bitcoin there are a lot of people selling things in service section, and you don't need ID to purchase things from them or you can go openbazaar site or buy games from steam, you can also buy porn using bitcoin but since you are still under age (because you said you are still waiting for your voter ID) you will have to find out the way by yourself, but there is someone offering that kind of service in this forum

I'm not so sure as I use bitcoin quite lot to pay for my bills and buy some cool stuffs   I see that you said you are having trouble cashing your bitcoin out to use it directly in real life and I think that there are many ways to solve this. I recommend selling your bitcoin with other bitcoin users, it's the easiest way.

Nowadays you can buy almost anything with bitcoin, legal stuff or even illegal stuff(it's not recommend, just make a bitcoin imagery bad, you will fail the community).

If you can't withdraw your bitcoins there is some other way i think you can try to withdraw in smartmoney since you are waiting for your voters ID
You can use it as your alternative and i think you can also try via steam wallet or mol points that you can sell in your place..

You can use bitcoin to pay for your telephone bill or top up your mobile balance which doesn't require you to have any id using bitrefill.com, i am also using them.

Other option for you could be selling those bitcoin to some local guy using localbitcoins than you can easily buy anything from any store near you, which will be like purchasing item indirectly with bitcoin.

maybe i am spending almost separated 8 hours for online activities including my time spent here in the forum since i am only a student and I don't have a job yet so this could be the best activity for me in my spare time . by the way you can your coins through buying some digital good and definitely you can use your bitcoin in some porn sites but i don't know yet what site would it be and in your situation that you don't have a Valid ID yet why don't you try to buy some gift cards this would be an alternate for payment as well .
