If you can't sign a message from old address then it is not safe for the buyers. You already reached legendary member but you never posted any address in that account yet? OR any other reason that you can sign a message? Now a days many accounts has been hacked so buyers prefer to have signed message at least from few months old.

You can get this account at a very cheap price because selling does not have a signed message. But you are also taking a risk that later original owner may claim this account with signed message. You should buy account only with the signed message available.
