Both watching only and offline armories updated to 0.95.1 and core to 0.13.1. I tried to broadcast a signed tx from my offline armory and i got an error message. In the ArmoryDB this popped up.

"-ERROR - 1479421374:  <..\SocketObject.cpp:125> poll<> error in writeToSocket: 10038"

How do I fix this? Thanks.

Never mind it seems to work now. I opened core then armory then broadcasted instead of just armory

Core must be running in order for Armory to function. Otherwise Armory will not work. Usually Armory will run Core in the background for you unless you unchecked that option.
