cannot access to Mt. Gox from lan & phone.
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

Ah, we need more exchanges ... ideally with cross-connected trades like suggested by Rick Falkvinge of the Swedish Pirate Party - http://falkvinge.net/2011/06/10/bitcoins-four-hurdles-part-four-exchanges/
