What do you mean by domain ? Any referral to any gambling site would be of the form sitename.com/referral/abc. If by existing domains you mean any of the existing sites you own, then yes you can redirect them to that referral link.

I think , OP is trying to say that he wants to make some blog or website and put his own referral link of some trusted and paying bitcoin casinos and promote it . He wants to work with them as affiliate only and earn commission .

To change DNS records to match the casino site original url you need to know about dns server used by those sites and i don't think you can get it easily as well as changing DNS records will just show those casino site with your domain without including your referral link.

The only option to include referral id in url is domain forwarding option you can find in your domain registrar, i think i have covered what you are asking.

The proper way to gain referrals is to build a gambling review site or listing site. twitter and facebook are also a good way to get some referrals.

Yes, to elaborate on what lite meant by facebook, a good way would be to post in gambling or bitcoin related facebook groups. You'll get attention, and it's not spam.

You could also pay for advertising on different sites and advertise your referral link if you have some money to invest.
