For 10 pack it comes out to be about 56 usd : 41 + 10 (shipping) + 5 (tax, varies), when shipped directly to your address. That's about 0.4 btc. I would add 0.1 btc for service. Total 0.5 btc per week for 10 pack delivered.

I can buy online, ship to my home, and then ship to shipito forwarding center 3.
