I would suggest looking into adding a shapeshift.io payment option to allow people to fund their account.
That way if they use a regulated wallet provider then can send funds with out getting banned.

Are you sure you will be licensed in Costa Rica? Because there are no gaming licenses in Costa Rica, the casinos that operate there are operating under normal business licenses. Big misconception.

Anyways, you are offering absolutely nothing unique in a already crowded industry, and probably (maybe not, but most likely) trying to raise at a ridiculous valuation (think: vDice, LIR, GBT etc etc etc).

You seem to be completely missing the point that AcoinL.L.C has repeatedly made: There is no such thing as a Costa Rican online gaming license. It doesn't exist, so you can stop considering to acquire it.

The reason this is a big deal is because it shows you either haven't done any research or are misinformed, yet you are asking for money from investors.
