Hello does anyone recommend a good Liberty Reserve (USD) to Bitcoin exchanger that is fast and has low fees? I was using xchanger.org but they ran out of bitcoins days ago unfortunately, Aurumexchange seems to have no bitcoins either (or is hoarding them!)

Looking for this myself. Need someone that has BTC and accepts LR.

<helo> funny that this proposal grows the maximum block size to 8GB, and is seen as a compromise
<helo> oh, you don't like a 20x increase? well how about 8192x increase?
<JackH> lmao
