With that kind of hashrate definitely worth it. Unless you put the wrong unit in there.. 700kHash is not worth to solo anymore.

You might want to check if you're mining SHA-256 instead of scrypt coins.

you are most definitely not getting 700Mh/s on litecoin using one GPU. Unless it runs hotter than the core of the sun that is.
