Hello all,

It is my great pleasure to announce the opening of ExchangeBitcoins.com, a site and Bitcoin-exchange business built from the ground up for reliability, security and ease-of-use. Our fees start at 0.59% with volume discounts available.

https://www.exchangebitcoins.com

For now we accept Dwolla, Check and Bitcoin deposits only and we are denominated in USD. I appreciate your comments and feedback in this thread or emailed to info@exchangebitcoins.com

We're working on wire transfers as well. Will update the thread when we're able to accept them.

Thanks everyone for checking out the exchange...had lots of traffic, many new accounts, a couple deposits and our first trade today which is not bad for a no-frills release devoid of marketing games.

If anyone is in the SF Bay Area and wants to make a cash deposit message me or email info@exchangebitcoins.com. We look forward to meeting other Bitcoiners and being of service!

I didn't see this announced in the forum anywhere but ExchangeBitcoins.com now goes by the brand ExchB.

 - http://www.ExchangeBitcoins.com (or http://www.ExchB.com )

The change that I just realized was that funds can be deposited using ING Direct's Person2Person, which, if you have an ING account will be nearly instant (or could be same day, at least) -- which is faster than Dwolla or other methods at other exchanges.

This site says they take personal checks?!  Shocked

How can you possibly do that with all the check fraud out there? What happens if somebody deposits a stolen check, then runs off with a bunch of bitcoins?

I love the fact that you guys take ING P2P. That's a great service that I love and I wish more people would do it. Kudos to you guys for thinking about that. Best of luck with the site.
