I already have modern rigs running but I have a bunch of old HP Quadro NVS 290 and Radeon HD 2600 XT too.. any idea how to make profit through mining with them?

Cant. Especially not with ETH. Buy a second hand 7950 for like $50 instead

Already got rx470er rigs ;-) Just wanted to know if anyone has a smart idea regarding altcoins / mining... instead of selling them for a few bucks.
