The transaction has quite a decent amount of fees attached to it. However, the fees is abit low as compared to the other transactions. Your transaction should confirm very soon. If it doesn't confirm after a while, message me and I'll try my best to help you.

Edit: Just rechecked. Your fees is quite alright. However, the transaction wasn't propagated throughout most of the network. Just rebroadcasted it for you and it should confirm very soon.

A rebroadcast is exactly what it sounds like, the transaction is being broadcast constantly. Anyone can do it so long as they have a copy of the transaction (and once the transaction is first broadcast, then everyone will have a copy for a while). It may not make the transaction confirm, but it continuously reminds the network that the transaction exists.
