Armory signed hash file which can be found from their dowload site https://www.bitcoinarmory.com/download/ is signed with certificate 0x8C5211764922589A. Their site is talking only about key 0x98832223 so have they changed their key or has someone attacked the site and changed something?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

bitcoinarmory.com is no longer Armory's official website.

The development has changed from ATI to goatpig so the release key has changed. The release key can be found at https://github.com/goatpig/BitcoinArmory/blob/master/PublicKeys/goatpig-signing-key.asc
