Sorry if this question has been asked. I've been searching online for hours and finally made my way here. I downloaded the electrum wallet onto to my Android and transferred roughly $300 bucks to it. When I checked earlier my transaction was showing unconfirmed but the BTC was still there. Somehow I have managed to make it all go away. My wallet is now showing empty and I have no history of transactions and I don't know how to recover my money or what I've done. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I do have my seed phrase if that means anything or makes a difference.

Thanks in advance!

This was all done on the mobile version. I've recently downloaded it onto Microsoft but that has helped not at all.

Where are you transferring the funds from?

Unless you've made a mistake in the addresses, you still control the funds since you're transferring between addresses you own.
Keep your seed and make sure you have a working backup from the initial source of the funds.

Obviously, the desktop version of your Electrum wallet is completely disconnected, so it's impossible to view the funds there unless you recovered your seed.

I transferred the funds through Circle Pay and I have the records showing I did. (was that stupid? I feel like such a dipstick).

I just don't understand where my money went? It was there but now it's gone and there's no history showing it either when there was before..

Do you have the records from circle pay?
If you could post those or the address you've sent the coins to, we could have a look to see what happened.

I do have the address. It was done in two different transactions, I was testing the waters so to speak. Obviously didn't give it enough time.

The address it was sent to both times: 1HEWLSKoPpCrCqLyV3k15qdg94YbxkhiXk

Here is a reference ID too: 0465c64a-afd8-475c-9bef-8d8e2bb9d13b

Here's the second reference ID: 2765c64a-afd8-475c-9bef-8d8e2bb9d13b

Is this your electrum wallet or Circle?

Here is a reference ID too: 0465c64a-afd8-475c-9bef-8d8e2bb9d13b

Here's the second reference ID: 2765c64a-afd8-475c-9bef-8d8e2bb9d13b

These ids are useless to us as they are internal to Circle. We need to know the transaction ids which are 64 characters with only hex digits (i.e. no dashes).

No darnit I don't. It looks like my electrum wallet has never been used. There's no history, no invoice, there's nothing. I have no idea what I did. Is it hopeless? Did I really just lose 300 dollars?

Before everything disappeared it did have unconfirmed and pending next to it, if that matters at all??

Again, is the address you posted from Circle or from Electrum?

Yes, it does matter. It means that the transaction could have dropped from the network. It also means that the transaction could have confirmed. Right now, we don't know.

I'm sorry I wasn't clear. That info was from Circle. I have no information at all from Electrum. Like it never happened.

Is 1HEWLSKoPpCrCqLyV3k15qdg94YbxkhiXk even part of your electrum wallet?
From what I understand, it seems like it's from Circle and you tried to transfer funds roughly 21 hours ago.

If 1HEWLSKoPpCrCqLyV3k15qdg94YbxkhiXk was part of your electrum android wallet, you should be able to see a transaction history of this
https://blockchain.info/address/1HEWLSKoPpCrCqLyV3k15qdg94YbxkhiXk
with a similar final balance.

This would also mean you would have tried to send funds from that address roughly 21 hours ago.

then you need to switch servers in electrum so that it can get the right picture of your transactions. i have no idea how this is done in the mobile version of electrum but i'm sure someone here will tell you or you could have a look around in the electrum interface yourself?

Can you check if 1HEWLSKoPpCrCqLyV3k15qdg94YbxkhiXk is part of your Electrum wallet?

Considering a transaction was made shortly after using funds in 1HEWLSKoPpCrCqLyV3k15qdg94YbxkhiXk leads me to think it isn't yours.

Yes, it was part of my electrum wallet. It's not now. I think I might have deleted my old electrum wallet because I'm lame and I had/have no idea what I'm doing. But yes the HEWL.... is/was part of my electrum wallet. Is it possible to get my money back? The "new" electrum wallet I have is showing no money or transactions against it. But i do still have the phrase. I've tried to restore my wallet using it, but it hasn't worked yet.

Each time you create a new wallet, it will generate a new and different list of addresses.  IF the HEWL... address was generated with your original wallet and then you created a new wallet, in Electrum you will not be able to see (or access the coins in) the old HEWL... wallet.

All is not lost though.  You just need to restore that original wallet (whichever one which generated/contained the HEWL... address) using the seed words, which you hopefully wrote down.  This is exactly why it is important to write down your seed words!  You should then see that address in your wallet along with the current balance and transaction history.

However, as unholycactus stated, it sounds like the HEWL... address may not actually be yours or is, in some other way, compromised.  Bitcoin was sent both to and from that address on 11/11, prior to the two transactions you mentioned on 11/22.  Also, on 11/22 the bitcoin was sent from that address about 4 hours after you sent to it.  If that was not you then stop sending anything to any addresses in your wallet and post back here so we can help you figure out how you were compromised.

There is currently only 0.13480891 BTC in that address.  If, when you restore the wallet, it DOES have the HEWL... address in it, you should immediately send that remaining bitcoin from that address to a SAFE address somewhere else before the attacker drains it.

What do you mean by "but it hasn't worked yet."? you should try to restore your wallet with the seed from the first electrum wallet  that you generated.

I am so sorry for the long delay in response. I really appreciate any and all help to get this sorted out.

I'm new to bitcoin (in case that isn't glaringly obvious) and have very little clue how this all works. But I do believe the HEWL address is/was mine but I'm not 100% sure how to tell other than from Circle pay I sent (in two different transactions) money to my electrum wallet with the HEWL address.

And, I've tried on quite a few different occasions to restore my wallet using the seed that I took a picture of but it's not working. I hit restore, enter the seed (exactly as shown in the pic I took) and I have to name the wallet and then it says/shows "loading wallet/s" and when it's done there is no money in my Electrum wallet, it's kinda like I created a brand new wallet instead of restoring my old one.

Hope that makes sense.

Sorry again for the delay. I would very much like your help in figuring this out.

The 1HEWL address has a balance of 0 now. So it looks like this either wasn't actually your address, or it was and it was compromised, or you already managed to recover your funds.

Unfortunately, if this was the address the funds were sent to and you didn't already recover the funds, it looks like someone else is now in control of them.
