i want ask you that is gamefaucet is scam or not?

Apparently it was bougjt by a new owner but I don't know if they are still active.

No, it's not Scam, check their thread on the link above posted by other members.

The last owner scammed everyone because he was offering earnings that he couldn't pay. Mexicantarget just bought the site and recover it under a new propost, now everyone is being paid, don't worry about it. Mexican has many sites paying Bitcoins, including the best one: FaucetGame.

His network of sites is very trustful and legit.

I heard it before that mexican was bought this domain.. and i think it is not a problem right now if you are seen many reviews from others or in google before now better to wait for mexican to pay you if you are halving some problem..
The old owners maybe he can not afford before to pay and i think mexican pay for your work..

No it is not a scam what makes you think that ? It is a game faucet exactly as the name says. You aren't going to get rich there. When you level up high enough you make a fairish amount and I guess you could use it for altcoin investments or something other. They make their money through advertising and things, it is sustainable.
