My friend and I are new to mining we both have two miners and have been trying to figure out how to get our Bitcoins of our wallets into a bank account or anything for that matter. We are using Mycelium for our wallets and when we tried to Glidera to transfer into a bank account it says they do not offer services in South Dakota.

So my questions would be if anyone knows a better way of getting our coins or are we screwed?
The trust scores you see are subjective; they will change depending on who you have in your trust list.

Why not use Coinbase. I believe they cater to the US and has the ability to wire your money to your bank account as long as your bank is located inside the country. Making an account with them is easy and straightforward. You have to give your personal information. A process that is frowned upon by most of the people in this forum.
