Your withdrawal fee is crazy.  I'm not paying that amount every time I want to withdrawal BTC.  That amount will make people keep their coins on the site more often, but it will also make people not come back once they withdrawal.

I only use a small number of exchanges but all have periodically increased their withdraw fee to ensure that transactions will go through. 0.002 BTC is unfortunately fairly typical these days. It's not a grab for money by TradeSatoshi. They have no control over Bitcoin's clogged transaction queue and subsequent competing transaction fee market.

If you're sending between exchanges, use an intermediate coin that has good volume without the ridiculously high transaction fees, like LTC or BCH. If you're withdrawing to your own BTC wallet, then you have no real choice.

very good tip, thanks.  could do that then limit BTC withdrawals to much less frequent.

TradeSatoshi.com:
Totally broken Mickey Mouse POS exchange. Avoid it like plague.

Their system is not sending withdrawal confirmation emails so No withdrawals are possible.

The Site lags so bad, it is almost impossible to trade.

Deposits are not processed.
Deposit made over 20 hours ago, showing 45 + confirmations on the blockchain still not showing anywhere in the account.
And it will most likely never show up.

And their Tech support is not replying to opened tickets.

Besides that, all is well at TradeSatoshi.com

TradeSatoshi.com is in nomination for the 2018 World Worst Exchange Award. You can bet that they will win the Award.

You don't believe it ? Well, just open an account and try it, it's free...  Uhmm, Well, wait ! After thinking about it,  it might not be totally free, once your coins are gone for good...

Good luck !

From the News feed on the site:

Dear users, we have an issue with the SSL certificate of our subdomain http://cdn.tradesatoshi.com
we expect this to be fixed in a couple of hours.

That was 25 minutes ago......

I just reloaded and chat is going crazy... like multiple lines per second. At first I thought it was stuck in a loop, but I think it's some kind of attack.

Tradesatoshi also recently got listed on cryptocoincharts, it was listed for Garlicoin but the exchange is there nevertheless. Would the OP add that to the main thread? Perhaps cryptocoincharts could add more pairs if the admins of the exchange came in contact.

lower the damn BTC withdrawal fee. It's higher than every exchange I've tried.  And this exchange runs slower has more issues than every exchange I've tried.  The moving funds to a different coin idea is good except that a lot of coins on this exchange aren't on others except for a few and those few often have price gaps making it also not worthwhile all the time.  Also combine that with being able to find the same coin with enough volume on both exchanges.

I'm not paying 20+ damn bucks every time I want to move BTC around.  I just won't use this exchange anymore.  Even .0008 like the others is meh, but it's far better than .002.

Why don't you move the funds using BCC, LTC or DOGE?

It's a great idea.  But price differences between exchanges don't always make it worthwhile.  Plus volume is low on this exchange so you'd have to buy out of the average price line to grab enough making it cheaper to pay the fee.  Depending on where you're moving it to.
