Hiya, I am in the process of starting up a UK auction website, and I wanted to implement a paypal and coinbase payment systems, The problem I have is, As bitcoin is non-refundable, how do I legally protect the buyer and myself in such a transaction?

paypal is easy, and in T&C's of the site I can rely on much of the paypals duties as a payment method, but can I use bitcoins safely atall?

furthering this point, I really would like to get a UK legal representative involved if any of you are one, someone interested in this project and crossing T's and dotting I's.

Take a look at OpenBazaar's escrow. That might help!

Yeah, you have to have an escrow system embedded in your website such that btc payments do not get transferred until it has been verified that goods have been delivered.
