Liqui BNT withdrawal problem.

- I tried to withdraw around 3200 BNT from Liqui on June 22, and the transaction is still invalid, doesn't show up.
- I created a support ticket soon afterwards.
- I haven't received any response.

I successfully withdrew 650 BNT on June 23.

It takkes 4-5 days to get a response

I got a reply around 12 hours ago. They said they will restore my original balance or resend it, but did not give a timeframe.

UPDATE:

2017-06-29: Still haven't received my BNT or had my BNT credit on liqui restored. I guess it will take another week or so.

2017-06-30: Received my BNT, 8 days after the original withdrawal.

Bad, but not terrible. Seems like most of the exchanges are about the same.

Not true,
if I have a problem I use telegram to solve it and the LIQUI Guy on Telegram answers in 5 Minutes.

Best exchange I ever saw. Poloniex zero communication. Bittrex is more and more arrogant and LIQUI running quiet fine since the beginning.

guys, Liqui.io won't send my BTC for almost 5 days already, not responding to any ticket or any way of communication by my side. Not only that, they closed my ticket without responding! I sent them also messages through this forum, twitter, FB, email, they won't respond in ANY of these channels. My funds haven't arrived! Here's a proof for them closing my ticket:

They say bad advertisement is advertisement anyway. Look at UBER. Taxi drivers all over the world on protest. Each protest that goes on TV you get a pump in UBER users. Maybe the same will apply to Liqui.
I had two or three questions posted via telegram and the answer came timely. Not instant but timely. As for the posts asking for support i dont think this is the proper place.

It has been 48 hours now my 2.10BTC is blocked. I am aware about recent problems with cashout and BTC but BINANCE did my cashout in 2 hours today. Does liqui put the minimum of fees in their withdrawals?
I have issued 3 tickets, no response yet.
I m loosing confidence in Liqui, the more hours i wait to receive my BTC, the more i think about not trading overthere anymore.

I traded on Liqui for a few months and never had a problem.  I kept some of my BTC in their 24% APR interest account and made a nice little profit.  I ended up purchasing Gunthar's trading bot, Gunbot, so had to move my coin to a supported exchange.  I went with Bittrex and not a single withdraw took over an hour to complete.  It must be said their withdraw fees are large, but I believe that's how they're helping fund the BTC interest offered to customers.
