Look into Queen's Bench in detail, in the Canadian courts (except Quebec). This is the part of the court where a person can go one on one with another person. Then take any government official to court at Queen's Bench, as a person (not a government official), for messing with your life when you have done no harm or damage. Your claim when you take him/her to court is: "i, a [wo]man, (Your Name) claim that no man or woman will come forth with a claim of injury that I have done to him or her. Let the man or woman come forth now and show their injury, with witnesses and evidence as to how i, a [wo]man, have done the injury."
Nobody will come forth and make a claim unless you actually have injured him/her.
If they have taken you to court ahead of time, file a notice of your claim right inside the complaint they have filed against you.
There has to be injury or serious and direct threat of injury before they can hold you to anything.

It's essentially as simple as I have said. It covers anything, including speeding tickets, and income taxes, and property taxes. The reason people lose is, they can't believe it is this simple. They go off and hire an attorney who messes it all up for them.
