Hi I am trying to use bitcoin core to make two transactions and I have sent bitcoin to two addresses but they wont confirm.  One of the transactions is very important because I am in the middle of a trade but it wont confirm.  The transaction ID for both is below:

Both transactions have low fees. You may be able to double spend them with transactions that pay higher fees, but it depends on your wallet software.

Will they go through eventually?  And how do you double spend a transaction?

Maybe they will, maybe they won't. It is impossible to know.

And how do you double spend a transaction?
It depends on your wallet software. What wallet software are you using?

The basics is that you get your wallet to forget the transaction(s) ever happened and then send the Bitcoin again with a transaction spending the same inputs.

Also, you could ask someone that can add transactions to a mining pool's blocks to confirm them for you.  They will probably require a payment for the service, but as long as you are willing to pay, they should be able to help.

There are at least 3 people on this forum that have that ability. Try contacting any of the following and ask them how much it would cost for them to get your transactions confirmed:

Since the few is too less compared to the recommended fee, you can try double spending your money by following the instructions in this video if you need the money to be sent urgently: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ycq7O48aPvQ
