If it is considered double spent then the transaction is lost.
This happened to me once as it was unconfirmed.
I lost very little so I did not care about it.
How much was it that you transacted through the payza system anyways?

Could be that you have to be a little bit patient. When did you chat with them?

I have the exact same problem. Their support appears to be washing their hands of it and simply told me the transaction completed on their end so nothing can be done. I am pressing them as I had a terrible experience getting my account verified in the first place.

Long story short, they wouldn't allow me to withdraw my money, wouldn't accept several forms of UK verification then eventually allowed my withdrawal only for it to end up in blockchain limbo. This totally stinks of scam and I won't be using Payza in future and would advise others to stay well away.

If I get anywhere with them (which I doubt) I will post here to let you know.

As a side-note: The payment is showing up as a double spend on blockchain info.

Thanks for the link. Everyone should read before considering Payza. I guess there are many others facing the same issue.

The same thing has happened to me, this is the first time, all my other transactions with Payza have gone through, now this transaction has disappeared?

Are you sure that your transaction also had a double spend? the transaction normally disappears when the fee is too low and the transacton is stuck in waiting until the network finally rejects the transaction. You should send their support an email about you problem if you haven't already

You need to contact their live support or email them the problem. They have a support representative on this forum Payza and he is quite active here. He may be able to solve your problem in time.

I am constantly contacting their support.  I don't mean that the same thing happened to me with a double spend, I just mean the same thing happened to me in that Payza was supposed to send me bitcoin and it is caught in limbo and now disappeared.

This is the last response I got from them:

"Unfortunately this transaction is no longer in our system, so we would not be able to cancel it.
I believe this is a general issue with the blockchain, as you are not the only merchant experiencing this at the moment.
Hopefully this will be completed soon!
Cheers,"

They have not yet acknowledged that the transaction has disappeared and is back in their bitcoin wallet, I'm waiting to see if they respond today, sometimes it takes them a long while to respond.

Respond and tell them that the transaction got rejected by the blockchain, send them the txid to show them that it's empty. For some reason, i dont think their support staff has alot of experience with bitcoion

Thanks for the link. Everyone should read before considering Payza.

I'm very shocked by what I read. I have my bank account linked to payza. I use payza for years and exchange money using payza. I have payza account verified without counting that I told my friends to use payza. I hope that definitely what I read in this article  http://blog.instantscamalert.com/2015/07/payza-scam.html Is just a big misunderstanding.

You had the same problem and there are a lot of people who are complaining about payza. This is a bad sign. I'll tell my friend not to transfer money to payza. At least until this story gets cleared up.

I would be very surprised if you take a blogspot article very serious, as i said earlier, i think they are having some issues with their bitcoin department or something like that

Hi all, as mentioned in this thread, we had some BTC confirmation issues that affected a small number of Bitcoin withdrawals. Our team is aware of the issue and believe it has been fixed. If your BTC did not arrive already, you should receive it shortly.

If you are still having issues, please log in to your account and contact our Customer Support Team using our new Direct Messaging Customer Support Module, described in this blog post: https://blog.payza.com/payza-updates/announcements/customer-service-payza-account/

Also, I'd appreciate it if OP could edit this post to note that this is not a "scam," simply a technically issue that has been resolved. Thank you.

I have contacted Payza support many times and even though it is clear that the transaction was cancelled as stated by Blockchain:

Quote

Jade (Blockchain)
Nov 25, 11:57 EST

This transaction was rejected by the bitcoin network. bitcoin. This is because when a transaction is rejected by the bitcoin network it is as though the transaction was never created, so the intended outgoing funds will have never left the sending bitcoin address. Like all wallet providers, Blockchain.info has absolutely no control over the confirmation process.

-----
Jade | Blockchain.info Support

However Payza support insists:

Quote
Your transaction is not lost, still unconfirmed.
As I mentioned previously, there's no way for us to cancel this transaction as it has left our system.
All I can advise you to do is contact your bitcoin wallet.
Let me know what they say.
Regards,

This is ridiculous because the transaction is not unconfirmed, it's cancelled, doesn't even exist anymore, yet they want me to contact my 'bitcoin wallet' (Cryptopay) which has no control over the transaction because it is cancelled and doesn't exist.
