Litecoin mining issue

I have a rig that cgminer says is doing about 2-3Mh/s

However, this doesn't make sense to me as the rig is only using 2 5830's

Also, when I point that rig to a pool... It never submits any shares... Any share it does submit are rejected for missing target?

What the deuce?

My config file looks like this

cgminer -o pool:port -u username -p password --thread-concurrency 7168 -I 18 -g 1 -w 256

What's the deal? :<
